When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate,
Everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:

Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness
and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says,
'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done.
We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.
We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.

We have killed our unborn and called it choice.
We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.
We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem.

The response was immediate.
A number of legislators walked out during the prayer in protest.
In 6 short weeks, Central Christian Church, where Rev. Wright is pastor,
logged more than 5,000 phone calls with only 47 of those calls responding negatively.
The church is now receiving international requests for copies of this prayer
from India , Africa and Korea .
Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program,

to this program than any other he has ever aired.
With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation

disclosing the reality of extraterrestrial life is imminent.
For several months, senior administration officials have been quietly deliberating behind closed doors how
much to disclose to the world about extraterrestrial life.
Dissatisfaction among powerful institutions such as the U.S.
Navy over the decades-long secrecy policy has given a boost to efforts
to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life and technology.

The impending disclosure announcement follows upon the secret implementation of a year long openness policy
on UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
Over the period February 12-14, 2008, the United Nations held closed doors
discussions where approximately 30 nations secretly agreed on a new openness policy
on UFOs and extraterrestrial life in 2009.
The openness policy was implemented but never publicly announced
due to threats against UN diplomats not to disclose details of the secret agreement. h
The secret UN agreement was based on two conditions.
First, UFOs would continue to appear around the world; and second,
the openness policy would not lead to social unrest in liberal democracies.
Both conditions have been satisfied making it possible
for the next stage to begin – official disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

Obama’s September 24, 2009 chairing of the UN Security Council meeting
on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, signaled his emerging leadership role in tackling major global
issues such as nuclear weapons.
The Nobel Peace Prize was an important step in giving global legitimacy to President Obama
in making an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement.
Obama is therefore poised to play a prominent role in the increased global governance
that will be necessary after an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement.
The timing would most likely coincide sometime soon after his
Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech on December 10, 2009 in Oslo, Norway.

There have been various sources that have revealed deliberations are underway
to make an announcement concerning the existence of extraterrestrial life by the end of 2009. These
include, Dr Pete Peterson, a whistleblower who has recently emerged
revealing high level discussions have taken place concerning announcing
the existence of extraterrestrial life.
In a Project Camelot interview, Dr Peterson revealed that “Obama
is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year;
and that most, but not all, of the ET visitors are friendly.”
















Another source is David Wilcock,
a prominent researcher of emerging scientific paradigms.
Wilcock has been told by additional independent sources that extraterrestrial disclosure
will take place by the end of 2009.
He furthermore claimed in a Coast to Coast AM radio interview
that “a 2-hour international TV special has already been booked
that will introduce an alien species, similar to humans, to the world.”

In addition, popular NASA and space researcher, Richard Hoagland,
has publicly come forward to reveal that the October 9, LCROSS
‘bombing’ mission of the moon, discovered an ancient base at the moon’s South Pole.
Reviewing the scientific data achieved by NASA’s LCROSS mission,
Hoagland concluded, also on the popular late night Coast to Coast AM radio show,
that “LCROSS is part of a carefully constructed campaign to prepare
the populace for imminent disclosure.
The President of the United States
will soon announce that scientists have discovered ruins on the moon,
he added. Nobody saw the LCROSS debris plume because
the probes struck a building which swallowed the effects of the explosion.”





















Finally,
two independent and confidential sources have revealed to me that
face to face meetings have recently occurred between U.S. military officials
with one or more groups of extraterrestrial visitors.
This has allegedly led to confidence being built for future cooperation
with the extraterrestrials that will be formally announced to the world public
either at the end of 2009, or early 2010.

In conclusion,
a diverse number of sources and events point to some form of extraterrestrial disclosure
being made by the end of 2009, or early 2010. Official disclosure
will most likely emerge in either of two scenarios.
One is that President Obama will announce the existence of extraterrestrial visitors,
and describe one or more of these to the world.
This scenario is supported by Peterson, Wilcock, and my own confidential sources.
The second scenario is that an announcement
will be made concerning the discovery of artificial structures at the moon’s South Pole,
as revealed by the LCROSS mission. This scenario is supported by Hoagland.

Which ever of the above scenarios is used for announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life
or technology, President Obama will figure prominently.
Behind the scenes, powerful institutions are ensuring that nothing derails
the planned disclosure announcement.
The disclosure will follow upon a year of greater government openness on UFOs
in accord with a policy secretly developed at the United Nations.
If extraterrestrial disclosure does occur at the end of 2009 or early 2010,
President Obama will lead an unprecedented effort to promote global governance
through the United Nations.
The Obama administration and its supporters are poised to take a bold step forward
in helping our planet become an interplanetary culture
that openly deals with the challenges posed by extraterrestrial life.

Homeland Security and the FBI are behind the effort to indoctrinate and train
the Boy Scouts to become tomorrow’s Gestapo.  A shocking New York Times
article reporting on how the Boy Scouts are being trained to take on domestic
terrorists, which apparently would include war veterans and American citizens if
the Homeland Security definition of a terrorist is to be applied.

“Ten minutes into arrant mayhem in this town near the Mexican border, and the
gunman, a disgruntled Iraq war veteran, has already taken out two people, one
slumped in his desk, the other covered in blood on the floor,” begins a shocking
New York Times article reporting on how the Boy Scouts are being trained to take
on domestic terrorists, which apparently would include war veterans and American
citizens if the Homeland Security definition of a terrorist is to be applied.

Homeland Security and the FBI are behind the effort to indoctrinate and train
the Boy Scouts to become tomorrow’s Gestapo. “Our end goal is to create more
agents,” April McKee, a senior Border Patrol agent, told the Times. “Before it
was more about the basics,” said Johnny Longoria, a Border Patrol agent. “But
now our emphasis is on terrorism, illegal entry, drugs and human smuggling.”

Is this the literal creation of Hitler-Jugend style youth brigades designed to act
as the front line for eventual programs of mass internment and gun confiscation in
the advent of a national emergency?

In Nazi Germany, the Hitler Youth succeeded the Boy Scout movement. Hitler
Youth training was militarized in comparison to the Boy Scout network, which was
largely based around education. Boys aged fourteen and upwards, as well as a
separate branch aged 10-14, were trained at preparatory schools to become
future Nazi leaders. At its height in 1940, and after it had become mandatory to
join, the Hitler Youth boasted no less than 8 million members.

Apparently in a shift away from the traditional Boy Scouts activities of sports,
camping, survival skills and team leadership, the government is now training
children “to confront terrorism, illegal immigration and escalating border violence”
under the banner of the Explorers program, with the aid of military-style
exercises aimed at subduing insurgents.

In one scenario, boys are trained how to conduct drug raids and take out an
“obstreperous lookout”.

“Put him on his face and put a knee in his back,” a Border Patrol agent explained.
“I guarantee that he’ll shut up.”



In other situations, Boy Scouts are trained to disarm “suspected terrorists” and
subdue them, including Iraq war veterans.

Scouts are trained to identify the enemy. In a competition in Arizona, one
role-player wore traditional Arab dress. “If we’re looking at 9/11 and what a
Middle Eastern terrorist would be like,” said A. J. Lowenthal, a sheriff’s deputy
in Imperial County, California, “then maybe your role-player would look like that. I
don’t know, would you call that politically incorrect?”

Politically correct or not, Homeland Security and the FBI realize Arabs are not
the enemy — “rightwing extremists” are.

Last month, Infowars reported on a document produced by the Department of
Homeland Security’s National Infrastructure Coordinating Center identifying
advocates of the Second Amendment, veterans, pro-life activists, and militia
members as dangerous terrorists. A subsequent DHS document, entitled “Domestic
Extremism Lexicon,” pinpointed “antigovernment” types “rejecting federal authority
in favor of state or local authority” as possible terrorists. “Islamic groups are
specifically excluded from this document,”
writes Benjamin Sarlin for the Daily Beast.

The new Gestapo Boy Scouts program will train the new Hitler Youth — or Obama
youth — for the challenges of a totalitarian globalist future. As the planned
implosion of the economy unfolds and unemployment increases, the federal
government is picking up the slack. “In the wake of the huge stimulus package to
jumpstart the economy, plenty of new positions are being created by 2010. The
agencies that will benefit include the Defense, Commerce, Homeland Security and
Veterans Affairs departments,” writes Judi Hasson for Fierce Government.

Gestapo Scouts will be required to combat “rightwing extremists” who will refuse
to turn in their firearms after the next false flag terror attack or engineered
pandemic. SWAT Scouts will be called to deal with those who refuse to
participate in mandatory vaccinations. Police state Scouts will be the vanguard for
Obama’s million-man Civilian National Security Corps. “just as powerful, just as
strong, just as well-funded” as the military.

It’s up to the New York Times, as the premier “liberal” propaganda outfit, to sell
the militarization of the Boy Scouts to the American people, using the standard
bugaboos of Arab terrorists, drug cartel thugs, and marijuana cultivators as the
example of why all of this is necessary.

In the real world, however, government is not primarily concerned with drug
dealers — after all, the government and Wall Street run most of the drugs —
they are worried about growing opposition to the destruction of the Constitution
and the imposition of world government by a cabal of international bankers and
their corporate fascist partners in crime.

Obama Issues Secret Order For Military Raids On Civilians

A frightening report prepared by Russia’s foreign military intelligence directorate
(GRU) circulating in the Kremlin today states that the United States has moved
even closer to becoming an all-out police state after President Obama issued a
secret order yesterday allowing US military forces to begin conducting raids
against American civilians.

According to this GRU report, an American law called the Posse Comitatus Act
prohibits US Army and Air Force personnel and units of the National Guard under
federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United
States. The US Navy and Marine Corps are prohibited by a Department of
Defense directive, not by the Act itself from going against their own citizens and
the Coast Guard, under the Department of Homeland Security, is exempt from
the this law.













Obama’s secret order yesterday, however, overturned this law meant to protect
American civilians from military oppression and allowed heavily armed troops
belonging to the US Air Force's Office of Special Investigations to raid a military
surplus and gun store in Las Vegas Nevada named Citadel Gun & Safe.

This privately owned civilian company describes itself as: “Citadel Gun and Safe
for 7 years has provided law enforcement & soldiers quality firearm accessories
and security products.  We have the largest selection of ammunition and security
products, safes, optics, preparedness supplies, and firearm accessories in the
state. It is a unique store with something for everyone in every price range.”

Witnesses to this raid, as noted in the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper,
stated that heavily armed US Air Force Troops broke down doors while storming
into Citadel Gun & Safe shouting “search warrant” and were assisted by local
police forces and FBI “observers.” When local reporters attempted to query a
Nellis Air Force Base spokesman about this unprecedented raid they were told to
ask their questions to the office's headquarters in Quantico, Virginia.

Important to note, this GRU report says, is that the assertion by these US Air
Force troops that they had a “search warrant” is highly suspect because there is
no judicial record of any American judge ever issuing such a document to military
forces to act against civilians.

The true reason for Obama signing this secret order to allow US military forces
to begin raiding American civilians, this GRU report asserts, is his regimes
crackdown against any establishments that sell any type of survival-type supplies
as they deem them to be one of the greatest threats to their being able to hold
onto power.











Just this past week the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a new
declaration (see below) titled Potential Indicators of Terrorist Activities Related
to Military Surplus Stores wherein they warned that any American citizen buying
survival-type supplies, especially if they pay with cash, are now to be reported to
authorities as potential terrorists.

So fearful has Obama become of these “potential” terrorists that this past week
during a national television interview he warned that the biggest threat to the
United States was what he termed as “lone wolves” and that his intelligence
officials have begun to characterize in videos released to police departments as
“white middle class Americans.”

To the fear Obama has against his own people, this GRU report says, is the
growing knowledge among the ordinary classes in the United States that their
government has ceased to serve them and is, instead, a tyrannical system that
protects the 400 oligarchs who control more of the wealth of that nation than
150 million of their fellow Americans.

In a nation that now has as many of their citizens in prison that live in public
housing, and where Obama has prosecuted more government whistleblowers for
trying to tell American people the truth than all of the other US Presidents in
history combined, and where more of its soldiers have died by suicide than in their
wars, this GRU report warns that the US military is now planning for London style
riots to hit their country too.











To how feared the growing American police state has become we can further note
from the comments made this past week by Paul Deller of the London Metropolitan
Police Federation who said, “In Britain we police by consent… America polices by
force and we do not want to do that in this country.”

As history has always shown, a population that allows its self to be governed by
an elite class at the expense of everyone else can not help but to fail. And as
warned about by Karl Marx (1818-1883), “At some point, Capitalism can destroy
